3. Intellectual Property

All SolQuant scripts, indicators, and website content are the intellectual property of SolQuant. Unauthorized redistribution, "leaking," or reverse-engineering of our code is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban without refund.

SolQuant is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TradingView, Inc. or the Solana Foundation. Use of their platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
